Shipping Policy

Shipping is done with a courier service of our choice. We will choose the most efficient and suitable delivery method for your order. The delivery costs are dependent on the package size, weight, quantity and location which the order is being sent to. Generally deliveries are dispatched within 2-3 business days of a confirmed order. Delivery times vary according to customers location and shipping method.

We CANNOT deliver to a PO BOX address as couriers do not have access to this, a physical day time address is required.

Our estimated delivery time guideline is followed:

Orders to Melbourne and surrounding metro area’s are generally 1-2 business days.

Orders to rest of VIC are 2-3 business days.

Orders to main CBD areas and towns in NSW,SA,QLD and TAS are generally about 3-5 business days.

Deliveries to remote areas in each state can take an additional few days for delivery.

We can ship internationally, but please note our automated shipping calculator may incorrectly calculate the shipping cost, if this was to occur, we will contact and advise you on correction of freight rate. If you do not wish to continue with your order, we will happily cancel your order and refund your payment.

 

Return Policy

Products may be returned ONLY if they are faulty or have been damaged during shipping and you have asked for optional shipping insurance, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

You must apply directly to us to return any product within 48 hours of delivery clearly outlining the issue with your order.

You will be required to return the product to us directly within 2 weeks of delivery date for our evaluation and inspection of goods.

Only products that are in original resale condition, and AS NEW will be considered acceptable for return, products that have been mounted, fitted, installed scratched or not fit for resale will no longer be acceptable for return.

We will inspect the product and if deemed faulty, your item will be replaced, if the item is not suited as faulty, you will be required to pay the return for the shipping before the item is sent back to you, no refund is available under any circumstances on shipping costs.

Should you place an order and wish to cancel your order prior to the order being shipped such as a change of mind, there will be no processing fee involved. On the very rare occasion we may accept a change of mind once your order has been posted should you wish to cancel, a store credit will be issues less a 20% processing fee.
