Our MK6 R Race Intercooler is 40% thicker than the stock intercooler, this means less pressure drop, more cooling capacity and in turn greater power.
Made out of quality stainless steel with a high fin per inch count, this is one of the highest flowing intercoolers on the market.
The intercooler is easy to install utilising the factory mounting points and comes with everything needed. To increase performance this kit also comes with replacement alloy intercooler piping, removing the factory rubber piping.
It also includes a larger diameter turbo inlet pipe and turbo muffler delete to allow the most air flow in and out of the turbo.
