How it Works
The HydroTune is a mini hydrogen generator that utilises PEM technology to create hydrogen, which is then plumbed into your engines air intake.
As Hydrogen burns almost 20x faster than oxygen, the fuel burn in the combustion chamber is far greater than normal, resulting in more fuel efficiency and greater power. It is estimated that up to 30% of fuel is wasted in the standard combustion cycle.
The HydroTune uses a mini computer connected into the cars OBD port, which in conjunction with the HydroTune computer in the engine bay is able to optimize the engine ignition advance angle and transmission shift time, to optimize fuel efficiency.
Results
Real world data shows fuel efficiency and power increases from 15-25% depending on the vehicle.

An average working driver, using 160l per week of fuel will almost pay off the device in year 1 of ownership.
Other benefits
Due to the higher burn rate of hydrogen in the combustion chamber, there are less carbon deposits, resulting in less C02 emissions and less dirty deposits going through your engine.
This is especially beneficial for diesel cars fitted with DPFs.
