BA BF NA + Turbo Conversion Kit Stage 1

This is our Stage 1 NA+Turbo Conversion kit for the BA BF NA XR6.

This kit is designed to work with a stock NA intake manifold, and mechanical boost via the exhaust manifold, run to an internal gate with a 5 PSI spring. 

Please note - This kit includes the FG dump and Cat because the OEM manifold is FG style, you can also buy our full FG exhaust which fits the BA (with the FG Dump) or get your own cat back system which will work with our flanges. 

As we develop a full package, here are some additional parts you will need from other trusted Aussie suppliers:

Cold Side Pipe to Intake manifold - Currently under production, this is the last pipe needed to go from the intercooler cold side, to the intake manifold. Whilst we develop this part, it will need to be custom fabricated. If you are going to run a OEM Turbo Intake Manifold then it will be a direct fit with the Stage 2 Piping. 

Fuel Regulator - This is a drop in 4 Bar regulator that works with the BA BF fuel rail. 

Manifold Bolts - These bolts are needed for the exhaust manifold to the block. 

Turbo Bolts - These are for the turbo to the exhaust manifold. 

Turbo Oil Pressure Kit - This kit is needed for Turbo Oil Supply. 

Turbo Water feed Line Kit - Here are two 1, 2, options with different use cases. 

Turbo Oil Drain - This kit is an easy option for oil drainage. 

Map Sensor - This Bosch Map Sensor is needed and is plug and play for the FG conversion. 

5 PSI Spring - To run manifold pressure you need to change the spring in the external wastegate to a 5PSI Spring. 

Please note if you are going to run an OEM Turbo intake manifold you will also need the OEM Turbo fuel rail, this will also change which fuel regulators you need.
